By confirming your order you accept the following Terms and Conditions:

Terms of Sale

1. Published prices are subject to change and those applicable to each order will be re-confirmed in our order confirmation.

2. Delivery is not included in the quoted price of any product and is an extra charge. Delivery dates are calculated from the time of Bisley H. Munt & Sons    being in possession of the purchaser's "cleared funds" and are only estimates. The terms of this contract shall not be prejudiced by loss or damage of goods in transit and in such event replacements will be sent as soon as possible. Bisley H. Munt & Sons    Ltd reserve the right to change delivery methods and alter delivery schedules if this is deemed necessary to ensure fulfilment of the order. N.B. Deliveries can only be made to addresses on the UK mainland.

3. The prices of all goods and services advertised are inclusive of
applicable taxes, including VAT.

4. All goods are subject to availability.

5. We offer all goods as an "invitation to treat" and accept no obligation to supply at the published price, although we will make every effort to ensure that quoted prices are current and correct.

6. A minimum age limit may apply to purchasers of certain items and in such cases the contract will be deemed null and void if the purchaser is found to be below the specified age limit.

7. The purchaser shall be entitled to return any goods at his/her expense within 7 days of receipt without specifying a reason. Notification of their despatch and the name of the carrier must be notified to us however before expiry of the 7 day period. Upon receipt of the returned goods, in good condition, Bisley H. Munt & Sons    Ltd will issue a refund of the purchase price relating to the returned items. Refunds will only be made to the purchaser at the address specified on the order.

8. If Bisley H. Munt & Sons    is informed within 28 days of a customer receiving goods that they are faulty, do not conform to the order, or are not in line with the advertised description, a replacement or refund the purchase price will be arranged. This is conditional upon .
(a)The returned goods being received in good condition with all postage and packing pre-paid.
(b) Bisley H. Munt & Sons    being able to determine that the goods are faulty or fail to conform to the agreed specification.
If goods returned under the 28 day warranty are found to be within the agreed specification, show no signs of being faulty, or exhibit signs of damage, they will be retained by Bisley H. Munt & Sons    pending agreement on the terms of their repair, refund or return to the purchaser.

9. No warranties or representations are made about any goods other than as expressly contained in this Web Site. To the extent permissible by British law all implied terms, whether by statute or otherwise, are excluded.

10. It is the responsibility of the purchaser to ensure that the goods ordered are suitable for the purpose intended. DigitalBoxShop Ltd accepts no responsibility for direct or consequential loss arising from the supply of any goods, information or services.

11. Bisley H. Munt & Sons    Ltd will take all reasonable care to ensure the security of customer data held under its control and to act in line with the requirements of the Data Protection Act. Data sent by post, carrier or any electronic service shall however not be deemed to be under the control of Bisley H. Munt & Sons   

12. English law shall apply to this contract.
